These terms and our Covid Policy should be read carefully before booking any of our services as they set out the basis upon which we agree to provide these services to you. These terms apply to individuals only. For any corporate bookings or purchases please contact us using the details set out below.

 

Consumer Terms

 

The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations, require us to give you certain key information for there to be a legally binding contract between you and us. This information is set out below and is also linked in the email which we will send you to confirm any booking you make through us.

 

Prices

 

All prices stated on our website or any promotional material or communications are inclusive of VAT. The prices of the different services will vary according to the type and duration of the service you book. Service prices may be varied from time to time and the service price you will be required to pay will be determined by reference to the service price agreed with you when booking (taking into account any discounts or offers). Changes to our service prices will not affect any booking which you have already made and paid for.

 

Services offered

 

We may modify the range of services we offer at any time whether or not our website or promotional material has been updated to reflect this. This will not affect any packages or services already purchased by you without your consent.

 

Booking and payment process

 

If you would like to book any of our services please contact Sajni Shah using the methods set out below. Please note that, while any agreed slot will be pencilled in for you, your booking will not be secured until receipt of payment and we may at our discretion offer your requested time slot to another client until receipt of payment.

 

In line with current Covid-19 Guidance, the booking process for all face-to-face appointments is currently as follows:

 

(1)   Appointment request made by you via phone, text, email or website

(2)   Consultation Form or Health Update Form completed and submitted by you (electronically)

(3)   Appointment for (free) 15-minute Consultation booked and held by phone or zoom call

(4)   Appointment Request for Face to Face Treatment confirmed or alternative approach suggested

(5)   Face to Face Treatment Session booked and paid for

(6)   COVID-19 Health Screening Form completed and submitted by you (electronically) on day of treatment

(7)   Proceed with Face to Face Treatment (or postpone/ cancel/ replaced with Zoom Session as agreed)

 

Your responsibility to provide accurate information

 

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information to us at the time of your booking or purchase. Failure to provide complete and accurate information may result in a rejection of your booking request, a cancellation of your booking or an inability to provide the service you have booked.

 

Please also note that you are also legally obliged to provide certain information to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

 

Cancellations and refunds

 

We will always endeavour to act reasonably in relation to cancellation requests. In normal circumstances, we request that you give us at least 24 hours prior notice of any wish to cancel an appointment which has been booked and paid for. Where you do not provide 24 hours prior notice of cancellation but have a satisfactory reason for this, we are happy to reschedule your appointment or refund your payment to you. However, where you do not provide 24 hours prior notice of cancellation but do not have a satisfactory reason for this, we reserve the right not to reschedule your appointment or refund your payment. For these purposes “satisfactory reason” will generally be considered a genuine reason beyond your reasonable control and will be determined by us in our absolute discretion.

 

Please note that, in the circumstances set out in our Covid Policy, we may be required to postpone or cancel any face to face treatment you have booked (even at the last minute).

 

Liability

 

All liability arising as a result of your using this website and any site content is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law but we do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our agents or subcontractors and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

 

Disputes


These terms are governed by English law and by using our site you agree that courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes in connection with them.

Changes to THESE TERMS


These terms were last updated in May 2021 and will be reviewed annually. By continuing to use our website and services you will be considered to accept any changes.
