YOGA: a practice that works for you... 

I prefer to teach one-to-one or in small groups (of up to 5 people) as this enables me to give more focused attention and tailored sequences to my clients.  

Depending on your interests/ needs, I can incorporate a range of different styles and techniques in my classes, combining sequences of poses, breathing exercises, guided meditations and elements of yoga philosophy. I also sometimes incorporate elements of chair yoga, face yoga and laughter yoga in my classes!

With yoga, regularity of practice is key and I will always try to support my students in their practice outside of our class as best I can and come up with a package that best suits their financial needs.

Before your first yoga session with me, I will ask you to fill in a short consultation form and have a short chat with me so that I can understand a little more about you, your general state of health, reasons for doing yoga and preferred style/ approach. This is so that I can adapt the session to meet your needs as much as possible. It is also a good opportunity for you to get to know me and ask any questions you may have!
